India e-mandate directive

Beginning October 1, 2021, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will be enforcing the e-mandate directive for recurring payments with India Bank Cards.

This is all you need to know about India's e-Mandate directive

Starting October 1, 2021, recurring payments using India bank debit or credit cards will need to be made using alternate payment options. RBI e-mandate directive is taking effect.

Why did these changes take place?

Starting on October 1, 2021, the Reserve Bank of India has mandated that the issuing banks, card networks, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs) issuers will be required to process recurring payments in accordance with this directive. This directive will be in effect starting October 1st, 2021 (India Standard Time).

Who will affect these changes?

The following directive affects all customers with Indian-issued bank debit or credit cards, including 3DS cards, as their payment method. Due to the directive, you might get payment failure notifications for your recurring payments.

How can I pay my invoice after these changes?

If you have a failed payment on an invoice, you can contact us or we can send you an invoice link for the payment to pay off the outstanding balance.

How do I purchase additional Zoom products?
