Compare Orangescrum Honestly
Every comparison below says where the other tool is the better choice. That is not modesty, it is the only way a comparison page is worth reading.
All competitor prices are taken from the vendor's own pricing page and dated. We use monthly billing rates, because that is the fair comparison against a monthly plan.
What a team of 25 costs per month
Entry paid tier, monthly billing, list price, assuming everyone needs a seat. Orangescrum Pro is a flat $69 whatever the headcount.
| Tool | Plan | Per user | 25 people |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orangescrum Pro | Pro Unlimited | No per user charge | $69 |
| Jira | Standard | $9.05/mo | $226 |
| Pivotal Tracker | Discontinued | Not published | See page |
| monday.com | Standard | $14/mo | $350 |
| ClickUp | Unlimited | $10/mo | $250 |
| Asana | Starter | $13.49/mo | $337 |
| Wrike | Team | Not published | See page |
| Smartsheet | Pro | $12/mo | $300 |
| Trello | Standard | $6/mo | $150 |
| Basecamp | Pro | $15/mo | $375 |
| Google Tasks | None, included with a Google Workspace seat | Not published | See page |
| Kissflow | Not published | Not published | See page |
Four vendors publish no monthly rate we can quote. Wrike publishes annual billing only, Kissflow publishes no prices at all, Google Tasks is not sold separately, and Pivotal Tracker shut down in April 2025. We say so rather than estimating. Prices were checked on the dates shown on each comparison page and change without notice.

Why We Do Not Charge Per Person
Per seat pricing quietly shapes how a team works. People get left off the tool to keep the bill down, so they end up working in email instead, and the picture inside the tool stops being true. That costs more than the licenses ever did.
A flat price removes that decision. Add the whole team, the contractors, the clients, and the stakeholder who only ever looks. The bill does not move.
