How to get a faster answer

Most delays come from us having to ask a follow up question. Four lines in your first message usually remove that step.

1

Tell us which edition you run

Cloud, Self-Hosted, or the open source Community Edition. The three behave differently, so this is the single most useful line in your message.

2

Include the version for self-hosted

If you host it yourself, add the version you are on and the operating system. It saves a round trip.

3

Say what you expected to happen

The steps you took, what happened, and what you thought would happen. A screenshot of the screen you are on is usually enough.

4

Name the project or task

If the problem is with one piece of work, the project name and task ID let us look at the same thing you are looking at.

Support questions

How do I contact Orangescrum support?+

Email support@orangescrum.com with your question. You can also search the help centre, book a call with a specialist, or ring the numbers listed on this page. Support covers the Cloud, Self-Hosted, and open source Community editions.

Is support included in my plan?+

Yes. Support is included with every Cloud plan and with a Self-Hosted license at no extra cost. You are not charged separately for asking a question or reporting a bug.

Do you support the free Community Edition?+

The Community Edition is free and open source under AGPL, and the source, issue tracker, and documentation are public. Paid Cloud and Self-Hosted customers get direct support from our team.

Who do I talk to about pricing or a license?+

Pricing, license, and procurement questions go to the sales team through the contact sales page. Plans are flat monthly prices with unlimited users, so most pricing questions are answered on the pricing page itself.

Can you help me move data from another tool?+

Yes. Our team runs assisted migrations from tools such as Jira, Asana, monday.com, Trello, and spreadsheets, including mapping and validation. Start on the data import and migration page or book a call.

Can I get help installing the self-hosted edition?+

Yes. Book a call and we will walk through your infrastructure, the install, and the plugins you need. Air gapped and private cloud deployments are supported.

Where do I report a security issue?+

Email support@orangescrum.com and mark the subject as a security report. Please do not post details in a public issue before we have had a chance to look at it.

Still stuck?

Send us the details and we will look at it properly. If Orangescrum is not the right fit for what you are trying to do, we will tell you that too.
