Question 1

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Once you successfully sign up for Orangescrum, a full-featured 14-day trial plan is automatically activated. During this trial, you get access to all premium features so you can experience the complete platform without limitations. No credit card is required to start, and you can invite your team to explore real projects, tasks, and workflows during this period.

Question 2

What happens when my trial period ends?

Accepted Answer

After the trial period ends, your account will remain active but you will lose access to your project data inside the application until you upgrade to a paid subscription. Don't worry — your data is not deleted immediately. You'll have the chance to upgrade your plan and restore access to all your projects, tasks, and reports.

Question 3

How is the monthly plan different from the annual plan?

Accepted Answer

The main difference is billing frequency. Under the monthly plan, you are charged every 30 days. With the annual plan, you only pay once per year (365 days). The annual plan is more cost-effective since it comes with discounted pricing compared to paying month-to-month. It's also a great option for teams who want a hassle-free, one-time payment for the year.

Question 4

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. Whether you want to add more features or move to a smaller plan, Orangescrum ensures that none of your data is lost in the process. All of your projects, tasks, and reports remain intact when switching plans.

Question 5

Is Orangescrum available in an on-premise version?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Orangescrum is also offered as an On-Premise version for organizations that prefer full control over their data. The on-premise package includes source code access, free updates for the first 12 months, unlimited projects, tasks, and time logs, plus all premium features. This is ideal for enterprises with strict compliance or security requirements.

Question 6

Is my data secure with Orangescrum?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Data security is a top priority. All sensitive information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store your credit card details in our database, and we never share your email address with third parties. Enterprise-grade safeguards are in place to protect your business data at every level.

Question 7

Do I have to pay GST?

Accepted Answer

GST invoices are provided for annual pricing plans on request. If you require a GST-enabled invoice, please contact our support team and we'll share a proforma invoice for your records.

Question 8

Do I need to provide a credit card to start the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. A credit card is not required to begin your 14-day free trial. You'll only need to provide your payment details when you decide to upgrade to a paid subscription after the trial ends.

Question 9

How can I upgrade my account after the free trial?

Accepted Answer

Upgrading is simple. From your dashboard, just choose the subscription plan that best suits your team's needs, add your preferred payment method, and confirm the payment. Your trial account will automatically transition to a full paid subscription with no data loss.

Question 10

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept wire transfers, which can be used for both monthly and annual subscriptions. If you need assistance with alternative payment options, reach out to our support team.

Question 11

What will be my billing period?

Accepted Answer

Your billing period is based on a 30-day cycle for monthly plans, starting from the day you first make a payment. For annual plans, the billing cycle is 365 days from the subscription start date.

Question 12

When will I be charged for the paid plan?

Accepted Answer

You'll be charged at the beginning of your subscription date. If you cancel during your billing cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the cycle, and you won't be charged again. After that, your subscription will automatically deactivate unless renewed.

Question 13

What are the benefits of choosing the annual plan?

Accepted Answer

The annual plan offers greater savings and convenience compared to monthly billing. You pay once for the entire year, enjoy uninterrupted access to premium features, and receive a discount compared to paying every month. It's the best option for teams who want long-term stability and cost-efficiency.

Question 14

Can I opt for an annual Orangescrum Cloud subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Orangescrum Cloud is available with both monthly and annual subscription options. Annual billing is recommended for growing teams as it simplifies management and lowers overall cost.

Question 15

What should I do in case of a payment glitch?

Accepted Answer

If you experience any payment issues—such as a failed transaction or incorrect billing—please contact our support team immediately. We'll investigate the issue and ensure it is resolved quickly so that your access to Orangescrum is not disrupted.

Question 16

Will free subscription users get support?

Accepted Answer

Question 17

Does Orangescrum offer a money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer
